Some other memorable pictures of 2003.

2003 was also the first year of the Oregon Food Bank Free Bowl of Soup Night beer can. What started out as a simple idea turned into a fun event with a live band, and almost $1k raised for OFB.

Meg & Kelly's first sail on the Soup. 1999

Saturday, May 01, 1999

First travel regatta. J24 Western Regionals in Seattle, WA. 1999. 14th out of 28. Big lesson in rig tune. Light air, and too tight, 26th in the 1st race. Loosened up the rig and went way outside for more pressure to squeek out the bullet in the next race. http://www.cycseattle.org/1999_specific/J-fest.html. Solid 1st year, including the Fleet27 Championship.
